What is a PSD Layout?
PSD is an acronym for PhotoShop Document. A PSD Layout is a representation of the exact appearance of a website design. The only difference betweeen a full website that you can visit in your browser and a PSD layout, is the PSD layout is simply an image. It lacks the coding to make it a functioning website. Being able to order just the PSD Layout is ideal for those who either know how to cut the layout up into xhtml & css, or use a service that takes PSD layouts and cuts them up into xhtml & css for you. This often saves time and money.
Do you also provide xhtml & css?
Yes. You have the option during the order process to specify whether or not you want only the PSD Layout, or the PSD Layout fully coded in xhtml & css (a fully functioning website).
Do you design sub pages as well?
Yes. During the order process you can specify up to 5 unique sub page designs. You can also specify if you want each or all of them to include our xhtml & css service.
How long does it take to receive my design?
To receive the initial draft, it takes no longer than 3 days. If you request revisions, depending on the scope of revisions, it can take up to 2 days to complete those revisions. If you request xhtml & css, this process takes 3 additional days as well. Extra time is also considered if you order additional sub pages.
Do I receive full rights to my design?
Yes. Upon project completion, you gain access to 100% of the project files.
How do we communicate after I order?
After you order, you receive an email with a generated password. You visit our login page, and enter your login details. Once you enter, you specify the full details of the website that you want designed. At this point, there is a 72 hour waiting period. Once the initial draft has been designed, you are notified via email and you login once again. Then you will see a prominent link to preview your website design. Then you have the option to either accept the design, or request revisions. Once you are satisfied with the design, you gain access to the project files (or) if you requested the xhtml & css service, there is a 2 day waiting period. All communication is organized in our custom client system.
How many revisions do I receive?
As long as the revisions are kept reasonable, there is no limit on the amount of revisions you can request.
What if I don't like the design?
If you don't like the primary draft sent, you can request revisions. Requesting revisions is very easy to do within our custom control panel. If you want a refund, you can view our refund policy here.
